Gentrack Led Consortium Signs Major Utility in Singapore, Progressing Global Expansion Plans and Strengthening Technology Partnerships

  • The consortium – which consists of Accenture and Smart Energy Water – will help the Gentailer deliver better customer experiences through technology driven business transformation  

Gentrack has won a contract from one of Singapore’s largest and most established energy generator and retailers, known as a Gentailer, to deliver an enhanced customer experience. Led by Gentrack, a consortium of firms consisting of Accenture and Smart Energy Water (SEW), will help the Gentailer improve customer experiences and reduce costs through a technology driven business transformation. 

As part of a competitive tender process, Gentrack’s cloud platform covering billing, customer care, meter data management, analytics and market interaction was chosen to help the Gentailer increase efficiency and reduce operational costs. Together with the SEW’s portal, the Gentailer will also have better insight into energy consumption which will in turn improve customer engagement.
