• Transformation onto Gentrack’s AWS Cloud Solution, new CRM and data driven analytics advances ENGIE’s mission to build the “low-carbon energy system of tomorrow”

Gentrack (NZX/ASX: GTK), a next gen solution provider for utilities, today announced the completed transformation of ENGIE’s energy supply business, successfully migrating all UK customers onto its AWS Cloud Solution.

Against the backdrop of spiralling inflation and energy supply fluctuations, the transformation enables ENGIE’s UK commercial customers to embrace complex variable pricing and flexible purchasing to cut their risk exposure. As part of the transformation, customers benefit from integrated customer journeys and care systems as well as advanced analytics capabilities, including real-time data feeds for the Business Intelligence data warehouse.

Gentrack’s AWS Cloud Solution provides ENGIE with the flexibility and speed to pursue its ambitious sustainability target of Net Zero Carbon by 2045 and embed its strategy of accelerating growth in renewables and low carbon energy infrastructures. It will also contribute to ENGIE’s global operational excellence goal of saving 600 million euros by 2023.
