Gentrack hosts Strategy Day with global investors

We hosted our Strategy Day in December 2025, bringing together more than 150 investors onsite and online to discuss our progress and priorities following our FY25 results. The session focused on how our strategy and execution are enabling us to deliver on a growing global pipeline of opportunities across energy, water and airports.

The agenda combined customer perspectives, business updates and live product demonstrations.

Hearing from our customers

Several of our customers joined us to share how they are working with Gentrack, including Genesis, Utility Warehouse, Melbourne Airport and MAG Group Limited. They spoke about the impact of combining Gentrackโ€™s technology with the expertise of our people, and how this is helping them respond to regulatory change, rising customer expectations and the transition to a low carbon economy.

What makes Gentrack different

During the session we set out what differentiates Gentrack from other technology providers in the energy and water transition. In particular, we explored why utilities are leaning into the g2 proposition, and how our sector focus, pace of innovation and implementation approach are helping customers move from legacy platforms to modern, flexible solutions.

Showcasing g2 in action

We also demoed a number of out of the box g2 capabilities and showed how they can be configured to give utilities the freedom to differentiate, without adding complexity. This included examples of how AI agents can support best in class customer experiences, from personalised journeys to more efficient service operations.

We appreciated the engagement and questions throughout the day and look forward to building on these conversations over the coming months.
