Gentrack Signs Contract with Australian Utility and Updates Guidance

Gentrack Group (NZX/ASX: GTK), a specialist in software for utilities and airports, is pleased to announce the signing of a substantial contract to upgrade its Velocity software at an Australian utility.  This is for the implementation of Gentrack’s latest billing and CRM solution to support electricity, gas and water utility products and services, and is expected to be completed in 2017.

Gentrack Group Chairman John Clifford updated the Board’s FY15 guidance, “Following our announcement on 16 July regarding the signing of a large UK water deal, this is the second of the contracts we had expected to sign earlier in the year.  We now expect to deliver towards the bottom end of our guidance range of between NZ$13.0m and NZ$15.5m EBITDA for the year to 30 September 2015, with the outcome dependent on project delivery to year end and other license transactions under negotiation.”
