Gentrack strengthens leadership team to support next phase of utility transformation

Utilities are entering a new phase of transformation, shaped by digital innovation, changing customer expectations and the growing role of AI.

At Gentrack, recent changes to our Executive Leadership Team reflect a clear step forward in how we support customers through this shift.

Matt Loreille has taken on the role of Chief Experience Officer, focusing on how we package and deliver our out-of-the-box solutions to drive stronger customer experience and business efficiency for energy and water retailers.

“Iโ€™m excited to take on the role of Chief eXperience Officer (CXO) and lead the development of an experience-centric CRM solution for the energy and water utility market. Our goal is to help utilities accelerate their transition to net zero by modernising their tech stack, reducing costs, and unlocking green innovation. By tightly integrating CRM and billing into a unified, AI-first platform, we aim to drive significant operational efficiencies and deliver smarter, digital-first seamless customer experiences through a feature-rich solution built on Salesforce.”

Nic Kennedy has taken on the role of Chief Marketing Officer. Nic brings experience in building and scaling technology-led businesses across complex, regulated markets and will lead our global marketing strategy, strengthening how we engage with customers and communicate the value we deliver.

I am delighted to be stepping into the CMO role at a time when the rulebook is being rewritten in real-time for utilities. They are challenged to redefineย how they think, operate and serve their customers and communities –ย it’s a lot to navigate and exactly where Gentrack’s experience and track record matters most.ย Building on top of our foundations, my focus will be on making sure our story is as strong as the work we do, with a team who are passionate about results.”

We also welcome Pazit Lustman as Chief Product Officer. Pazit brings over 25 years of experience across telecoms, media and technology, with a strong track record in product strategy and delivering measurable outcomes. Her experience leading large-scale SaaS platforms and embedding generative AI into product strategy will support the delivery of future-ready solutions.

โ€œAt a time when utilities are navigating increasing complexity and rapid transformation, there is a real opportunity to rethink how products deliver value โ€“ combining deep industry expertise with AI to drive smarter, more adaptive experiences. Gentrack is uniquely positioned to lead this shift, and Iโ€™m excited to help shape this journey.โ€.

Together, these changes reflect a continued focus on aligning product, technology and market engagement to support utilities as they adapt and grow.
