Leadership team

Mike is the Chief Strategy Officer, having joined Gentrack in August 2016 following 7 years working in the hyper-competitive New Zealand energy industry, with a particular focus on multi-utility retail. He has led teams in Project Delivery and Customer Success at Gentrack, before establishing and successfully scaling the global Managed Services organisation.

Mike is based in London.

Geoff brings over 20 years of distinguished experience in global energy markets and currently serves as Gentrack’s Global Chief Revenue Officer, Global Partnerships and Strategic Accounts, based in Singapore. As part of the Executive Leadership team of Gentrack for the last 5 years, he has held pivotal leadership roles as General Manager for Asia and for the UK & Europe, driving strategic growth initiatives and successfully onboarding more than 20 major utility customers onto Gentrack’s billing and CRM new-age technology.

Beyond Gentrack, Geoff has consulted widely across the energy sector, advising both emerging and established suppliers on growth strategies, while also contributing to the development of UK government energy policies. His career includes senior leadership positions at British Gas and as CEO of Extra Energy in the UK, where he led the startup and rapid expansion of the fastest-growing energy supplier in the domestic and SME markets.

Passionate about enabling the energy transition, Geoff actively engages with utility leaders across Asia and the rest of the world to champion innovation and sustainability. His strategic acumen, proven track record, and commitment to cleaner, more resilient energy systems position him as a catalyst for transformative change in the region.

Paolo joins Gentrack as Chief Revenue Officer for EMEA, bringing over 25 years of international leadership experience in scaling revenue, building high-performing commercial teams, and driving digital transformation across the SaaS, telecom, and utilities sectors.

Prior to Gentrack, Paolo served as CRO at triPica, a fast-growing cloud-native BSS scale-up, serving both telecom and energy clients. He previously held senior executive roles at Ericsson – most notably Regional CEO for India, and Global Head of OSS/BSS and Professional Services – where he managed large P&Ls, scaled delivery and go-to-market teams, and oversaw M&A activities and portfolio strategies.

Paolo also worked as an advisor to several software scale-ups and early-stage investors, drawing on his commercial and operational background to support international expansion.

Paolo is based in London.

Mark is the Chief Revenue Officer, APAC. He joined Gentrack in April 2019 and was appointed General Manager, Australia in December that same year. Mark has worked with software for utilities and telecommunications companies across Asia Pacific for more than 25 years.

He started his career as a programmer in GIS software as utilities digitised asset management and design operations.

Prior to joining Gentrack he worked in GE’s grid software business for over 10 years working with GIS, ADMS, SCADA and asset and workforce management in channel, sales and management roles.

Nic Kennedy is Chief Marketing Officer at Gentrack, leading the company’s global marketing strategy to drive growth, scale and long-term value.

A former CEO, Nic brings deep experience in building and scaling technology led businesses globally, in complex, regulated markets. She has held senior technology, leadership and governance roles across energy, utilities, education and professional services, and has worked closely with boards and executive teams to shape strategy, accelerate growth, and strengthen market positioning.

Nic is known for connecting strategy, technology, and storytelling, turning product capability into clear, differentiated propositions that support international expansion. Her focus is on building strong teams, disciplined execution, and brands that scale globally and directly support commercial outcomes.

Based in Auckland, Nic brings extensive experience to Gentrack’s growth agenda.

Matt joined Gentrack in September 2023 bringing over 27 years of expertise spanning the Telecoms, Media & Tech sectors. With an engineering background and a passion for innovation, Matt transitioned to marketing two decades ago.

His executive roles have included serving as CMO at jNetX a trailblazing company that reshaped Intelligent Networks in Telecoms and CMO of Wildmoka, a leading digital media transformation company, shifting media production and distribution to the cloud while harnessing AI for enhanced production efficiencies. Under his leadership, the company achieved remarkable growth and was subsequently acquired by Backlight. In this new capacity, Matt assumed the role of CMO of Zype, overseeing Backlight’s largest entities.

Pazit Lustman serves as Chief Product Officer at Gentrack, leading the company’s product strategy and portfolio, shaping an AI-first platform to drive growth, customer value and long-term business performance.

With over 25 years of experience spanning Telecoms, Media & Technology, Pazit brings a unique combination of product strategy, product management and technology leadership. She has led the full product lifecycle – from vision and market positioning through product development and successful deployments – driving product innovation with a strong focus on measurable business outcomes and revenue growth.

Prior to Gentrack, Pazit held senior leadership roles at global NASDAQ-listed companies including Kaltura and Amdocs, as well as XACCT, which was acquired by Amdocs. At Kaltura she led the Cloud TV SaaS platform serving global operators and media companies, and drove the adoption of Generative AI as a core product strategy to enable future-ready experiences.

Gary joined Gentrack in October 2020 following an extensive international career in enterprise technology innovation and cloud capabilities, including serving on the leadership team of Amdocs (NASDAQ:DOX), a provider of cloud business software and services to the communications industry. At Amdocs he served as Chief Marketing Officer and prior to this role, was Division President and CTO, leading strategy development, building the product portfolio and sales organisation as well as overseeing Amdocs’ digital services, big data and mobile engagement divisions.

He has also founded and successfully scaled several technology companies including jNetX, a next-generation intelligent network platform for communication service providers, prior to its acquisition by Amdocs in 2009.

Gary is based in London.

Jennifer (Jen) joined Gentrack in June 2025, brinigng over 25 years of experience and a proven track record of navigating and leading through significant change, transforming the empmloyee experience and employer brand, and building leadership teams to manage high growth in the global technology and professional services sectors.

Prior to Gentrack, Jen was CPO at RLDatix, a global healthcare software SaaS company which doubled in size through M&A and organic growth and became award winning for workplace excellence.  Jennifer also supported the growth of technology consulting firm, Thoughtworks from 1,200 in 8 countries to 10,000 in 17 countries and going public in 2021 (Nasdaq: TWKS).  She has also been an executive coach and leadership consultant with her own firm, Coach Effect; author of two books, “No Bad Hires” and “Leadership Guidebook”; and was VP of People Matters for the Omnicom, Inc (NYSE: OMC) agency, Ketchum Directory Advertising. She served on the board of directors for SHRM Chicago, including president of the chapter, and is currently on the strategic advisory board for a mental health and wellness start-up, Hope.

Based in London, Jen is leading a global team focused on aligning employee experience with commercials to create a successful business where people genuinely want to belong and contribute.

John joined Gentrack as CFO in February 2022. John’s career started as a Chartered Accountant, working with multinational professional services firm, PwC, as an auditor in practice. After leaving the audit profession, John joined Xchanging PLC, a FTSE listed Software & BPO outsourcing Company, where he progressed his career through from Divisional CFO for Xchanging’s Insurance business and as Divisional CFO for its Technology & Software business through to the Group’s Commercial Director. Following the acquisition of Xchanging by CSC Inc. (now DXC), John left to become Group CFO of Validis, a Fintech providing software solutions to Auditors and Commercial Lenders globally.

Prior to joining Gentrack, John was Group CFO of Momenta Group, leading their finance and commercial operations across UK, Australia, US, India, Hong Kong and Germany.

James brings a strong track record of leading and implementing organisational strategies to scale and delivering excellent customer outcomes within the aviation sector. At Leidos, James was Managing Director of the international aviation division, forging a strong relationship with airport operators and Air Navigation Service providers. Prior to Leidos, James spent over a decade in the defence and aerospace technology sector, occupying senior leadership roles with Leonardo (formerly Finmeccanica).
