Director Changes

Gentrack Group Limited (NZX/ASX:GTK) wishes to advise that Director Darc Rasmussen
has indicated his intention to step down from the Gentrack Board with effect from 20 April

Darc has been on the Gentrack Board since December 2019.

The Chair of the Gentrack Board, Andy Green, said, ‘I’d like to thank Darc for his
significant contribution to Gentrack for the past 6 years. Darc has been a valued Board
and Audit and Risk Committee member, and an excellent colleague, contributing strongly
to the revitalisation of Gentrack.’

Late last year, Gentrack announced John Scott’s appointment to the Board effective 1
January 2026 (which was subsequently endorsed by shareholders at the last annual
shareholder meeting), and therefore at this time, no further changes are expected as a
result of Darc Rasmussen’s departure.
