PacificLight extends partnership with Gentrack

PacificLight, a leading power generator and electricity retailer based in Singapore, has reaffirmed its strong relationship with Gentrack by extending their partnership for an additional three years, continuing through to 2029.

A valued Gentrack customer since 2017, PacificLight leverages Gentrack’s cloud-based solution to power their customer relationship management and billing operations for residential customers. This partnership began when PacificLight launched its residential retail operations and has been instrumental in delivering seamless customer experiences ever since.

This announcement follows PacificLight’s recent unveiling of their ambitious plans to build a $1 billion hydrogen-ready power plant by 2029, a transformative investment aimed at advancing Singapore’s low-carbon energy future. By pairing cutting-edge technology like Gentrack’s with bold innovations in clean energy, PacificLight continues to lead the way in sustainable power generation and customer-centric solutions.
