Gentrack | Strengthening collaboration across Southeast Asia’s energy sector

Across Southeast Asia, utilities are accelerating their modernisation journeys to deliver reliable, affordable and sustainable energy. Increasingly, industry delegations are visiting Australia and New Zealand to exchange insights and explore how mature markets are managing decentralised and deregulated systems, among the most advanced globally in renewable integration, rooftop solar adoption and real-time energy settlement.

In partnership with the Australian Trade and Investment Commission (Austrade), Gentrack hosted a Welcome Reception in Melbourne for utilities and energy leaders from the Philippines and Vietnam ahead of the All Energy Australia tradeshow.

The event provided an excellent platform for open discussion and knowledge sharing, connecting peers from across the region to exchange ideas, strengthen relationships and explore opportunities for collaboration in the transition to cleaner, smarter energy systems.
