Product Webinars: keeping our customers updated

Earlier this week we held one of our regular customer webinars, which aim to explain recent updates and new features added to our Junifer solution.  The agenda covered news and updates for Gentrack clients of all sizes across the UK, and included both B2C and I&C energy suppliers. Hosted by our product management experts, the webinars are interactive, and we encourage participants to ask questions and share comments.  This month, our session was hosted by Michelle Hitchens, Head of Business Development and energy industry expert, Graeme Rushin, Product Director for our Junifer solution, as well as David Chan, Customer Success Manager and Carl Lang, Reliable Switching programme manager.

This month, we covered the multitude of updates and changes that have been delivered by our engineering teams through our standard Release Trains.  Graeme outlined the latest feature updates, including APIs that improve payment management as well as quoting and pricing improvements for large, complex multi-site prospects.  This is a key strength in our solution for I&C energy suppliers in the UK, enabling them to manage significant business customer site portfolios (e.g. generating quotes for more than 50,000 MPxNs in minutes) receiving very positive feedback from many customers already. Gentrack teams are also constantly staying on top of ongoing regulatory change, so our responses to Ofgem’s Targeted Charging Review and Reliable Switching changes were covered.

You can learn more about how we’re managing the changes as part of the Reliable Switching in our recent blog, and we also created an explanatory video, hosted by Carl Lang.

It’s important that we keep our customers updated on our product development pipeline, so we were pleased to share the latest from our product roadmap.  This tool is embedded in our Knowledge Base and is an important way for customers to see what we are working on now, what is planned and what is under consideration – plus the chance to vote and make comments on the proposals.

The session finished with a Q&A, which is a great chance for us to get feedback and better understand our customers’ needs.  Customers who missed the session can watch the recording of the video and see the presentation on our KnowledgeBase dedicated webinar section. If you’d like to catch up on our previous Webinars, please visit Knowledge Base or speak to your Customer Success Manager or CBE for more information.
